- Governor Ariff Ali is a career central banker with almost 35 years’ experience across the various roles within the RBF including Chief Manager Economic, Chief Manager Financial Markets and Deputy Governor. As Governor, Mr Ali is the Chairperson of the Board of the Reserve Bank of Fiji, Monetary Policy Committee and Macroeconomic Policy Committee. Mr Ali was appointed Governor in 2017 and reappointed for another five-year term in 2022.
